 Characteristics of the NOG mouse

 Multiple immunodeficiencies that are principally derived from three strains of mice:

  
   1) NOD/Shi inbred strain
   2) Scid mouse
   3) IL-2Rrnull mutation


 Lacking T and B cells - from Scid & IL-2Rrnull mutation

 Lacking Natural Killer (NK) cells - from NOD/Shi inbred strain

 Reduced dendritic cell function - from IL-2Rrnull mutation

 Reduced macrophage function - from NOD/Shi inbred strain

 Lacking complement activity - from NOD/Shi inbred strain

No T and B cell leakiness associated with aging

 Very low incidence of lymphoma (unlike NOD-Scid model)

 5~6 주령의 동물로 공급이 가능합니다. (4, 7주령의 동물은 사용 목적에 따라 공급 가능 여부 확인이 필요합니다.)

 임신 동물과 Breeding Pair는 공급이 불가합니다.

 공급 불가 항목은 실험 목적에 따라 협의가 가능합니다.

 LMO 동물로 실제 사용 기관에서 사전 신고가 필요합니다.

 매주 1회 수입 통관 후 공급됩니다.
